Why would you say it would be easy for FCCN to sign off. I don't think FCCN will sign off easy. I don't think they want to get the shareholders mad at them.
Also the management knows that the shareholders don't like Dilution. With the shareholders meeting comming up I know the management will try to bring up the share price not down. They don't want to face any angry shareholders.
I would say there is no dilution going on now.
