Just a reminder who WSRC is: They claim this: a 116-year history as gold and silver mining company with projects in Arizona, Nevada, California, and Mexico.

The truth is, this company stopped being an active mining company 90 years ago, was defunct for 60 years, then came back to life..........as a company promoting a cure for saggy skin! Then, the boys at WSRA (Chaffee and Atkins) got ahold of the shell company, and started promoting worthless mining claims provided by a convicted securities scammer, Don Jenkins.

And as far as being a gold and silver mining company?? Well, with zero production of gold or silver, no mines, no production of anything, they are not a "mining company" at all.
