Going dark, deregistering with the SEC must be a signal the company is doing great

It must mean hospital and EOR revs are rolling in so fast, the auditors cant keep up

The reality is even if PCT deregisters but stays on the otc, its just another layer of failure to add to the pile. This doesnt attract investors, it scares them away

This is what companies in serious, serious trouble do.

I think its possible thats just what PCT is doing. If so, it will see 0.0001 imo
