Ok, then you're not a novice. I wouldn't trust any filings or disclosures as The Truth though. Not even the big board stocks. I can find fraud everywhere, lol...speaking of big board, those stocks reverse split faster than you can shake a stick at them...I have a list of them that I delete (get added to this ban list that's kept)...let me see if I can get that list posted here...I haven't developed a strategy on how to play them yet but do have a huge and growing list of them. Nasdaq stocks.

Bottom line: Don't trust ANY of them with The Truth.

But God did say, "Don't Be Afraid. Take This Medicine That I Provided." Lol!
