This is exactly what my post was about last week regarding Xalles and the OTC in general. There are quite a few tickers I am in that normally would be moving with the news they have had, but arent to the same effect. Nobody wants to realize it, but the OTC and market in general is in a shitty place. Nice thing, Xalles has some tremendous future ahead of it and will be one of the OTC greats.
