fcel doesnt seem to have much of anything to help...the problem is simple...the 500 mil shares they are requesting...

the sh meeting and the request for 500 mil shares was announced 1-30-23...look at a chart from Feb to now...its an almost straight line down since that request for 500 mil shares...

many shareholders were assuming that the ammendment to increase the outstanding shares by 500 mil would be approved...and they are getting the hell out before that happens...

fcel is using shares like a piggy bank...and it always has...some will say thats a wonderful thing....but look at the chart since the announcement...that tells you that there are a whole lot of shareholders that understand that simply isnt so...the delay in the sh meet is saying that likely aint so as well...

if fcel has $450 mil in the bank but needs 500 mil more shares that they can sell for cash, something aint right...

either someone is spending money like a drunken sailor on shore leave or fcel is trying to bite off FAR more than they can chew...fcel really hasnt proven they can get anything done on a small scale but they want to spend huge money to try to play with the big boys??...

nothing about what this company is doing is making any sense...
