I agree with that. The GS reply was way way too long. Should have been short and to the point. 99% of the arguments do not relate to the business at hand.

I agree with this. It seemed so comically long, I wasn't sure whether they were intentionally slowing the process or what game they were playing.

It might work to give a negative impression, but I think it risks the judges forming a negative impression on them instead... Including that much irrelevant material makes their arguments seem weak, it wastes the courts time, and it lacks a coherent point.

But we will see. I think we would all like a decision soon.
