As noted in our Annual Report filed 4/13/23, RG Barron Funds Ltd., an Ohio based investment company, has purchased the Series A & B preferred shares from former CEO Kim Halvorson. $BLLB will continue the Jump Start Sports expansion via franchise sales (large market in the works).

Yes we know! Officially it was not explained in the Financial Statement for how much. A SEC update would be best in explaining the transfer of ownership. How come was this left out? $BLLB
