Unfavorable optics for Nasir Nahas and Biopole having placed Mr. Kempers on their Scientific Advisory Board for Startups if Mymetics deal isn't completed.

This would be Kempers second consecutive company filing bankruptcy under his leadership, if a deal doesn't materialize.

Kempers name is attached to them, no matter how much he participated in either.

Try spinning that to young startups. Let that marinate.

Has he been enriching himself off of insiders for over a decade?

Kempers has 17 million shares of vested options. He's got skin and his reputation in the game.
