One good fix for American investments, no institutional group should be allowed to proxy vote. Only individual investors.

That would change the Balance of power. Unless a Vanguard can say an individual like me has sole ownership of a block of any shares, which they can’t. Vanguard doesn’t own these shares, all of us do, but they get to pool the say so into massive power. Black Rock can’t even compute who owns what. Only those that can show up with actual voting shares should be able to vote.
I’m blown away by the amount of ESG crap Companies are following. That’s straight up Communism.
