I think you must load your company up with convertible debt. Must be why you don't understand how Josh has been able to avoid TOXIC debt like you think is the way to raise money.

Josh relies on individual shareholders, NOT funds or VC's this is how he has protected shareholders. We invest because it aids our objectives. You seem to not be privy to any information relevant to the actual operations of the company. Thats weird because I have seen you post negatively for the past 5 years.... How did you get your shares if you didn't buy them like everyone else?
