So let's focus on that.....here is an interesting concept it seems the current CEO should look into....


Duty of disclosure, meaning that the CEO fully informs the shareholders, board of directors and owners of any significant issues the company
faces


If informing the shareholders on current situation(s) is too much for him then why hold the position ?
