$KITL Probly tax day blues and other folks might just be worn out with a perceived filing delay (vs 8k ETA published back on 3/2/23).

Last year, KFI filed in Florida the day after tax day:

This year there is of course a pile of IP red tape that apparently was not considered when the 3/1/23 8k was published which reported a 5-day turnaround ETA for the filing of the new subsidiary articles of incorp.

So because of this IP wildcard, Im giving it a 50/50 chance of seeing a filing this week. If not this week, a 75% chance of seeing the filing next week (by end of April). And if not next week then who TF knows. What I do know is that the "stay tuned" card has already been played and used up.
