Thanks! I noted 2 spots where the wavier was discussed in the 10K. In the second instance it stated that it would be submitted early in the second quarter. If I divide the quarter into early, middle and late then early would be sometime in April. Versea was floating 3 months for data collection and 3 months for approval a while back so it fits. It is possible that there is demand for the test and the FDA could expedite its approval. Lots of treatments available but a shortage of good tests. It would be nice to see a PR regarding the wavier status soon. It feels due especially with the recent production announcement.
