I am congratulating myself for figuring out in advance that the 22M share increase in OS in Feb filed on OTC markets by the transfer agent was another conversion of the variable notes to someone not required to file a form 4.
I updated my table of notes. I'm going to send it to John so that he can update it and use it in the next 10Q. Looking it over the externally held convertible notes were previously paid off with funds from insider notes that have much lower conversion prices. The MJNA stake in AXIM increased from over 18M shares to over 53M shares so when the variable note conversion is completed (I'm guessing today and announced in an 8K early next week) MJNA will have maintained most of their percentage ownership of AXIM while shareholders have had their ownership of the company reduced by 75% over the last few years. I'm fine with that as a shareholder in both companies. The insider business entities and officers have all had their stakes adjusted as well.
I wasn't expecting more bird bath accounting but here it is. I think that this has to be the end of it because the 10Q reflects a high point on the companies greed index that would be challenging to surpass.
Seeing the changes in insider holding suggests to me that they are expecting something big to happen sooner than later. Catalina is 74 years old. Her plans must be focused on the near term. John looks like he is around the same age.
