I think it's more seeing how the punishment is metered out to everyone now

Schena's court date is now May 1. That should resolve his request for a new trial and provide a sentencing date. Then it's just the legal steps until he has to report to prison. He might do the Balwani/Holmes appeal to the 9th court to stay out of prison a few more weeks, but I don't know what that buys you knowing that you will need to report regardless.

Also, the Taub case looks like it's in its final throws.

And then the conspirators (Haje, Dr Julie, Mohan, Jablonski) will find out if they must go to prison as well or if the court will have mercy on them for cooperating with the DOJ.

So yes, there are still a few out there that would like to see how it all resolves.
