15.4 billion / 20 billion SS = 77 X .0005 = .0385. What was the form C .02?
15.4 billion / 1711.56 = 9 million PTEL shares + 1 PTEL form C = 10 DWAC B shares?

.02/ 23 = .00087 PTEL

I can say 100% for sure 102,000 PTEL have a higher price range than $2... Ventures have to be cleared and or above $4 if tied to a Financial Institution

Is 10 DWAC B shares the Credit Union?

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...every thing I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
