WRONG AGAIN!

KBLB doesn't have an independent board (one of the requirements for being uplisted to the NASDAQ). As a matter of fact, there is only one person on the board - Mr Scumbag CEO,.

NASDAQ also requires annual shareholders meetings. KBLB has only had 2 in the past 14 years (and both were when Mr Scumbag CEO wanted something).

Those are just 2 of the many requirements that NASDAQ requires. In short, KBLB isn't uplisting any time this year (and probably never will uplist).
