There was no endorsement by the Palos Hills mayor! This is a PILOT project. One pole and they have been claiming they are installing that ONE pole for YEARS. Not even a projected completion date for ONE pole. How are they going to install more than 1,000 in a year and a half?
How is Cybergrab going to launch when they don't even have the necessary licenses to operate anywhere?
They have no money to pay for any of this. Palos Hills may do 50-50, but that is probably not enough to get their ONE POLE installed.
AS going from 6 BILLION to 20 BILLION. 200+% dilution IN PROCESS. VPER is trying to sell 13 BILLION shares at .0002 to raise cash. Stock price is currently around .0004/.0005, so it is going down. I'm surprised it's held up where it is since buyers can get it for .0002. SEC filing is proof.
After they get the 13 BILLION shares sold, the AS is once again at maximum and they MIGHT have a few million dollars to show for it. How long do you think that money will last? Once it's gone, they will need more money. It appears to me their only options will be raise the AS and dilute more or RS and dilute more. They cannot pay 8 executives plus additional employees with the miniscule EcoTech revenue AND fund business operations.
Is there some sort of shell game with Global Sustainable Initiatives and Global Services International?
Also, please tell me the relationship between VPER, Global Sustainable Initiatives, and Global Services International. VPER supposedly purchased Global Services International in 2018. Shortly after that, a different company called Global Sustainable Initiatives showed up using the same URL (gsi-networks.com), phone number, and address as Global Services International. There was no indication it was related to VPER in any way. Now that URL redirects to VPER. Palos Hills and Justice, IL are dealing with Global Sustainable Initiatives and not Global Services International that VPER supposedly acquired. What is going on with that whole situation?
