As you've rightly indicated, fundamentals are steadily improving while technicals are likely being impacted by present market conditions. Of course, fed rates and a crippled economy aren't helping matters, either. We'll see if the 1:100-1:150 r/s that's filed gets amended prior to expiration or not, although any uplisting would require a much more aggressive ratio. Time will tell how this all plays out.
