Isn't the 10Ks the job of the auditors? How many OTC companies are cranking out 8Ks? Can you highlight any of the 8Ks that reference technology specific to the company? Are the patents worthless? Yes then an argument would be made they are provisional which can be changed over since it's a process. Have you reviewed any of them? I haven't seen barely a reference you have ever made regarding them.

Patents are not easy to do. It's takes creativity, thinking outside of the box etc. Yes then another argument that they are a dime a dozen. Important useful patents are not a dime a dozen.
