Well before the split they only had about 130M. 41M of that was from a fwd split when they took over the mining company in 2014. They didn’t crap on investors for nearly 7 yrs.

That’s my opinion of why they won’t go to 900M. Maybe 300-400M when they finally need trial funds. Just a guess.
