I'm trying to get management to understand that the share structure is not altogether too shareholder friendly. It actually promotes the idea of blatant dilution, even if none has occurred recently.

I think there are other ways that Tom can be compensated nicely without owning 44% of what shareholders carry 100% of the burden for.

Perhaps by my few postings, a message will get thru to all parties concerned. I like the potentials that EDEX has, but unless a few things change, potentials they will only be, never being realized to the extent that is possible.

Understand rx, I am not gunning for cheapies. I am gunning for fairness....for the shareholders. All of Tom's friendliness on the phone doesn't mean squat if it doesn't translate to shareholder's pocketbooks.

Has EDEX made YOU any money lately, considering the positive spins made on the Mesa?
