Remenber this, when all the assets are moved to the new company, that means HCMC has no real assets and therefor your shares are in a empty shell corp.
If the lawsuit fails, HCMC goes grey and eventual delisting.
If HCMC wins the lawsuit, watch the other 350 billion authorized shares get dumped into the pool to dilute and devalue all the shares you had anyway.
