I must admit I was nervous when the same BEARS of the last 4 years started assailing this board recently with a lot of "hot water talk" --- But it looks like this Vik guy "Tinman" who has always tried to talk PTOP stock DOWN as long as I have been a member of this board was trying to manipulate the stock in order to bring his own company (FOMC) from $0.0001 to $0.0003 while brining PTOP from $0.0004 to $0.0002 in the mean time... ???
