Tingo Inc (TMNA)

This arbitrage dynamic and waiting for our TIO shares is all the self control I need. If I bought TIO (or MICT) last year and into this year... im sure I would have sold some of my TIO shares by now. This way Im buying TMNA (at a INSANE discount, along with insurance if deal falls apart), and also wanting and to wait and hold all my TMNA for TIO shares.

I know I dont have that type of discipline in straight trading... but this way allows me to hold more/better onto my shares.
