Sonide, a KOSDAQ-listed company, is considering taking over S, a promising small and medium-sized secondary battery manufacturer. Through this acquisition, Sonid plans to complete the secondary business value chain, such as recovery, recycling (recycling), and reuse (reuse) of waste batteries.

According to the investment banking (IB) industry on the 17th, Sonid is accelerating its final due diligence work to acquire S company.
