Speaking of "what it says", do you have any insight as to why Williams Roth Group would say they represent the BUYER?

According to this post by kebrik (post# 89485):

I just spoke with the company that represented the SELLER (emphasis added) of the 1385 Park Center Dr, Vista, CA . . . The company is Williams Roth Group

(My goodness, there are even two "thumbs up" on that post!)

But according to the link provided, Williams Roth Group claims that they represented the BUYER!!!!

How could Williams Roth make such a blundering mistake on that advertising piece? Totally careless, sloppy and unprofessional.

Maybe whomever speaks with them next could suggest that they fix this and be more careful in the future.
