Perhaps the SEC should do it's job and make a decision. Going ON 2 YEARS almost !!!!!!!!! Weaponizing the SEC to pigeon hold funding for a "crap app" is beyond rediculous at this point. It's all plain as day and their really is no more excuses for this long of a delay!!!

Except of course, since the SEC works directly with the DOJ on many many cases, the Justice departments likely take precedence over the SEC civil case and may have been told to stand down and stand by as the DOJ has a parallel criminal case with the same counts for indictment which could roll in the SEC investigation. Makes perfect sense.
