Roger told me with the extremely low outstanding shares of 4,247,385,431 there was ample ability for rapid growth and expansion given the 4.75 billion AS and that there was an estimated 4 billion share short position that would need to be covered in the next few days once the latest 1Q is reported with all the huge earnings.

Roger told me he could expand the AS to 10 or 15 billion shares, as needed.

Lots of opportunity for business expansion
