So 100,000 shares pre RS of 1 for250 you would end up with 400 shares.
@.62 cents... And historically they fall back to a couple pennies at best.

But they are working on uplisting to NASDAQ!
They need to be above 4.00 a share.
To RS to 4.00 a share it would have to be around. 1620:1
But that cuts it too close, so assume a 5.00 a share after a RS it would be 2020:1
