Here is the most unfortunate thing about this all. The companies distain of their user base, and especially anyone who gives them feedback counter to their (what I would call) failing plan. That is the perceived attitude that is implied with their utter lack of communication on any front about anything. It appears any players, and even the few they have, are not even considered valuable. They put no effort into keeping anyone nor do they respect their input as the only customers they have.

I really don't care about what people think of me anymore if I speak out. The thing I find most unfortunate is that the company gives no shits about anyone that actually followed them this far down the path.
