Looks like it was a $150K dollar promo by Stellar Media, same folks that promoted Instadose a couple years ago. They bring in some pretty big dollar volume, I'll give them that, just the first day of the promo alone was $650K, so those behind it likely made out pretty well. Wonder if they are some kind of offshoot of APS from back in the day...??

Still, if every promo gets a CE or suspended, then maybe its not worth hiring them, as the CE will be very difficult to remove here.
