Yes your info is also correct.

You need to read the S1. It says the warrants when called for redemption has to be done so for the set commons price per warrant for an alloted time frame.
If you fail to do so, the co. will force the redemption at .01 per warrant.
Right now, the warrants do not meet the redemption requirements.
