Are we talkin' cardboard displays here or the hearing kiosks??
Smoke and mirrors!!!
I would guess that what we're really hearing is that walmart has gotten tired of 2 things --- the displays collecting dust because nobody is buying $INND hearing aids ---and--- Mattyboy hasn't been making the payments required for the floorspace rental!!

Every hearing kiosk, every display; and every item actually on a shelf;; if there are any items on the shelf; has a cost associated with it.
Havent' heard about kisosk lately;; or any new installations;; hopefully that ill-conceived idea has finally passed.
I read the legal document that Dragonlady provided a link to and what really stuck to me was this FACT ---

Mark Lee Moore admitted to EVERYTHING he was accused of. He didn't deny cheating veterans or defend his business practices.

He just rolled over and took it in the rump!!! Then he surrendered his license..

He must have taken millions and millions of illicit dollars if he could just give it all up and walk away ;; WHILE paying $$600000 in fines!!!!

Then entered Mattyboy, the boy genius from university of phoenix!! Whole thing started again with Innerscope Advertising Agency, which we have come to know and love as $INND
