Does it really matter? There's over 50 billion authorized shares and over 20 billion shares outstanding no matter how you look at it shareholders value has been NUKED!Transparency has ALWAYS been a problem with this company so an acknowledgement that a RS is eminent is against the norm! The question is why would anyone be investing in this POS of a company?
