Here is what I see. The PPS is still on a down trend. The RSI is way below the power zone of 70. The PPS has been in a tight channel. Accumu/Dist is still on a down trend. Yes there has been some buying recently seen by the CMF.
But I would attribute that to some of Georgie's dreamers.

Also look at the daily trading. Today again it is two to one sells to buys so far.
