Who gives a shit imo. I hope they are paper certs so I can wipe my ass with them. I'm guessing the whole idea of the dividend is for an accounting of shares and possibly force a covering, who knows, and like I said who cares. All this means to me is that Bitgift and Frank are completely out and an entirely new company in a very exciting and profitable industry, who are making big revs and are profitable are rolling into MONI and taking complete control of this company. Bitgift is gone and irrelevant at this point, and so is anything that has happened with previous controllers of MONI. We have a very bright future now. Prepare for takeoff
