SW is a beautiful part of USA. I have a bro in law in TX. I use to have oil leases in WY. Sold my last podcuing well 5 years ago just befor the price of oil tanked. Still have a 640 acres of mineral rights which is no longer producing. In 2019 we had an offer which fell apart as oil dropped. For most of my adult woking life I was a real estate broker in Iowa and Illinois.
Had my fill of dealing with brick and mortor tennants so now its land. I enjoy the stoccks my main ones are OR VOC EGY, HL AG, KGC, SAND, GRO, FTCO ( that one pays .04 every month) sbsw aem, paas (Got from the trade with auy) CMCL and of course BTG which is one of my largest holdings.
Have a good weekend looks like we will get some much needed rain. Right now I am in Champaign IL met my son and daughter in law who have a daughter in college here.They live in VA just across the line from DC where he works for a Senator. So it was a chance to see them vs our annual trip to DC which may still occur in Sept.
