A quick update on our progress in many areas:
We had a slight delay in the closing because there was some weather damage done to one of the properties, so we had the seller contract for a survey and following that, go out for repair bids so we can hold monies in escrow at the closing. The survey is almost done, and the escrow agreement is being drafted so we can manage the repairs post-closing. We are still focused on closing this month and we will announce that closing via a Press Release.
We had another set of extensive meetings (10 more days) with the major firm from Europe that I’ve mentioned before. They continue to be highly interested in partnering with us at Port Tampa and they bring a wide range of resources to our venture. They are back in Europe now and putting the Business Plan / Agreement together which we expect to be signing within a few weeks after the closing. Those plans continue to revolve around our GREEN Energy Campus model in Port Tampa, and our two visions are aligned to that end. The vision revolves around expanding our current additive business, as well as adding Hydrogen and “SAF” (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) which we now expect to produce at the terminal campus. This will be made possible with the addition of a Hydrogen refinery that we expect to build on approximately 10 acres of the purchased land. This is an extremely important and positive step for CyberFuels since we will be producing a much-needed product with a very limited supply globally.
Our additives sales teams continue to generate more leads and sales, one new lead in particular is moving towards testing of our Dynamo All-In-One Cetane Booster™ in diesel engines as big as 500 to 2,500 horsepower. With the results that we’ve already documented with increased mileage over 20% and carbon and sulfur reductions exceeding current regulatory goals for 2030, we are optimistic that we can utilize these new test results for much larger fuel consuming companies’ contracts, especially in industries like rail and cargo shipping here in the US and abroad.
Through our marketing relationship and social media outreach that we began 6 months ago with Trucking Tower, we have seen the following excellent results:

630 new CyberFuels company page followers
Over 300 follow-ups per week for “active” deals in anticipation that they become orders after testing
And finally, we started to have conversations with local universities near Tampa who are excited about the GREENEnergy Campus vision. They are looking to have their chemical and engineering faculty and students collaborate with CyberFuels in our on-campus laboratory to help design and test the new fuels of the future.
