The Rotmans are Sociopaths in my opinion. Let's see if they fit the definition as it relates to Vystar...
What is the Definition of a Sociopath?
The DSM-5 (Diagnostic & Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) defines antisocial personality disorder as "[a] pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others, occurring since age 15 years, as indicated by three (or more) of the following:
1. Failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors, as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest. (Non Insider, Non Reporting, Non Employee, Defacto CEO taking company $$ for his personal legal expenses)
2. Deceitfulness, as indicated by repeated lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure. (Share Buyback, and so many other lies for their profit, not the shareholders)
3. Impulsivity or failure to plan ahead. (Have they ever filed on time? NO!)
4. Irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults. (Rotmans do this by phone, messaging, and sleazy lawyers)
5. Reckless disregard for safety of self or others. (In terms of a Public Company, yes)
6. Consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations. (Think of the manufacturing Vystar used to have but now doesn't; 2 different RXAIR manufacturers, Vytex manufacturers, Bedding companies like Lien A... where are they all?)
7. Lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another." (No remorse, just always another dangling carrot to the next new thing and they don't have any remorse about all the deceit and lies to this point)

Me thinks they hit all these points! The Rotmans don't care about the shareholders at all. All they care about is taking all the money, doing no work, and will leave this public shell destroyed just like all the others in their wake. And guess what, they will not feel remorse at all. IF the SEC ever went sniffing they find a treasure trove of securities violations, in my opinion, of course.
