I agree .... Elite's R&D has cost investors and wasted many years with no returns ..... I say pause R&D and buy back shares until ELTP trades at $0.40 and NasRat should STOP THE DAY'UM DILUTING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
