The point is what relevance is there to AMC? Are you claiming that the SEC has failed to act or find fraud or corruption within AMC, as you are stating with Enron, FTX and Madoff;'s operation? And, if so, what are the details? If you are going to compare the situations there should be some common thread or actual relevance to using those 3 situations as a supposedly relevant example or comparison to AMC and its current situation.
