What bogus AMC filings are you referring to? Have AMC investors been harmed by fraud or bogus filings within and by AMC? You are suggesting that this is another Enron, FTX or Madoff situation. If you are going to compare the plight of AMC and APE shareholders to Enron shareholders and investors with Madoff or FTX there better be some connection to make it a valid comparison other than being upset over AMC's stock price never getting any traction since the major squeeze in 2021.
