It's obvious to everyone the company is behind on their goals. We're currently at approximately $30m revs. Sebastian clearly said the company's goal was to hit $100m and be profitable.

If they close acquisition #4 in April it would be the 3rd Q to look forward to. Not sure the dollar amount on #4, but I am assuming it would be the highest revenue dollar amount thus far and the most significant to both the company and the stock price.

Per Sebastian: While we are currently evaluating a number of options available to us to refinance existing acquisition seller notes and provide the capital necessary to fund our continued growth plans, we are continuing to assess numerous strategic acquisition targets, implement operational and cost saving integration opportunities as well as roll out organic growth initiatives.

It helps if a company is profitable :)
