Would that not mean that NasRat is way out of line by diluting/making up out of thin air, about 14,000,000 shares for his own benefit per year, instead of around 4,000,000 if he had the shares trading at what he says they should be trading at ?????????

I know they need to establish the marketing arm of the company now but once that is rolling and Elite has revenue of around $40 million, a share repurchase program would help us all and the Board needs to STOP THE DILUTION !! I mean Day'Um, it was LPC for years and now its Elite's own CEO diluting us ....
