$HDUP - I agree...everyone acknowledges that he is the horse and the jockey in this opportunity. I've wondered if he monetizes his value when we get to the final product, i.e. Nasdaq.

The other thought is that he might want to get a piece of any entity trading on the London Stock Exchange? I'd think that they would start on the AIM. And on the AIM, traders can't short the stock. Here's what the AIM has to say about itself:
