Anyone here? Tech looks interesting. Maybe no more use of convertibles if they are receiving investments like this? Why would this guy buy at 10x the share price and not just buy on the open market...maybe just to show support? Either way he doesn't make anything if this stock isn't 10x + from current prices. He likely has a good look into this co knows whats coming. Are they working on an FDA approval here?

Then there is the clinical testing in Madrid. They had mentioned sharing results in the 2nd half of last year. If the guy from Woodley mentioned above is buying in at 10x maybe that is a sign that testing went well and results are forthcoming? I can't see him making this purchase if the results were looking bad?
