We need a new law in congress that people are not allowed to short legally or illegally via NAKED shorting companies that have financial trouble. If this law is on the books and SEC does their job, companies like AMC do not need to fight so hard to avoid bankruptcy and some eventually end up in bankruptcy.
As far as I am concerned Congress fked up and these senators and house members should all be held responsible for the damage they are doing with their incompetence and inability to do the jobs they were voted/hired to do.

THE CONGRESSIONAL SYSTEM IN THIS COUNTY IS TOTALLY FKED UP. MANY IN CONGRESS BEHAVE AS IF THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW WRITTEN IN THE CONSTITUTION.

GOD SAVE AMERICA. IMHO.
