What are the factors that went into the rise in approval waiting? Given the seriousness and extensive research in putting together the approval rating, I think they had a good sampling of all the NSS invested in this stock. They are making money like crazy. So much, that they can invest in the Turks and the Caicos. I'm surprised that they didn't rate this higher, as some of the NSS have invested their money from this stock in Medical Office buildings, having outbid some unnamed bidder for a medical office building in Jupiter, Florida, I believe. Even better, they even purchased a building in California.
